Agreement

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to MTCS Business Finance LLC, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not connect your account.

Service Description

MTCS Business Finance LLC provides fractional CFO and bookkeeping services. Our QuickBooks Online integration enables us to:

• Read your financial data (transactions, accounts, reports) to perform bookkeeping services
• Create and modify Chart of Accounts entries as part of our setup and cleanup process
• Create journal entries for corrections and reclassifications
• Update transaction categorizations as part of ongoing bookkeeping

All write operations to your QuickBooks are reviewed and approved by our accounting team before execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Respond to transaction questions and document requests in a timely manner
• Notify us if you make significant changes to your QuickBooks setup
• Maintain an active QuickBooks Online subscription

Our Responsibilities

• Handle your financial data with care and confidentiality
• Perform bookkeeping services according to generally accepted accounting principles
• Obtain approval before making significant changes to your QuickBooks data
• Notify you promptly of any issues with your account connection

Limitation of Liability

MTCS Business Finance LLC provides bookkeeping and advisory services to the best of our professional ability. We are not liable for:

• Tax filing errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you
• QuickBooks Online service outages or data loss caused by Intuit
• Financial decisions you make based on our advisory services

Termination

Either party may terminate the QuickBooks integration at any time. You can disconnect by contacting us or through the QuickBooks App Center. Upon disconnection, we revoke our access tokens immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service portal.
